Naomhoga chorcai - CLUB RULES

Rialacha Club / Club Rules

1. No member is allowed to go on the water without an approved Naomhóga Chorcaí Rota Captain!
Níl cead ag aon bhall cur chun uisce gan captain faofa de réir chlár Naomhóga Chorcaí a bheith in éineacht leis.

2. The boat captain is in charge of the boat and her/his instructions have to be followed.

3. All members on the water must wear a lifejacket/buoyancy aid from the moment the slip area is approached.
A luaithe is a théann aon bhall I ngiorracht don sleamhnán agus a fhad is a bhíonn sé sa bhád féin, ní mór dó
seaicéad tarrthála a chaitheamh.

4. The lifejacket/buoyancy aid must be worn throughout the rowing session and until leaving the slip area.

ar an tír mhór.

5. All the currachs and their ancillary equipment are carefully crafted and kept. Each member must ensure that all
equipment is treated carefully at all times.
Tugtar aire na huibhe do na curacha agus a mbaineann de threalamh leo, idir dhéanamh agus chothú na curacha.
Ní mór don uile bhall den chumann an aire chéanna a thabhairt dóibh i gcónaí leis.

6. No person is permitted to go rowing while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or other substances.
Níl cead ag aon bhall cur chun uisce agus braon alcóil ólta aige. Ní taise d’úsáid substaintí eile mar dhrugaí; ní ligfear dó
dul i mbun na curacha agus é faoina dtionchar siúd.

7. Young children should be supervised at all times while in the area of the slip or in the currachs.
Ní mór súil ghéar a choimeád ar pháistí óga thart ar an sleamhnán agus timpeall ar na curacha i gcónaí.

8. If you have a health condition or injury that may affect your ability to row please bring this to the attention of the
captain of your boat or one of the rostered duty captains.
Má tá tinneas ort, nó gortú a chuirfeadh isteach ort agus tú ag rámhaíocht, ní mór é sin a chur in iúl do chaptaen an
bháid ina bhfuil tú, nó do dhuine de chaptaein fhaofa an lae.
